RESOLUTION PROPOSING APPROVAL OF AN ARBITRATION AWARD BETWEEN THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF COMMUNITY-TECHNICAL COLLEGES AND A COALITION OF EMPLOYEE UNIONS CONSISTING OF: THE FEDERATION OF TECHNICAL COLLEGE TEACHERS, AMERICAN FEDERATION OF TEACHERS, LOCAL 1942, AFL-CIO; THE CONGRESS OF CONNECTICUT COMMUNITY COLLEGES; AND AFSCME, LOCAL 1303, CHAPTER 148, COUNCIL 4.
