AN ACT ADOPTING THE UNIFORM UNINCORPORATED NONPROFIT ASSOCIATION ACT.

To adopt the Uniform Unincorporated Nonprofit Association Act, allowing an unincorporated nonprofit association to receive, hold and transfer real and personal property in the name of the association and providing limitation of liability of members and functionaries of such association from contract and tort liability of the association, while permitting the association to incur liabilities in its own name.
