AN ACT CONCERNING THE GOVERNOR'S TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM, THE TRANSPORTATION FUND, TAX ON FUEL AND THE AUTHORIZATION OF SPECIAL TAX OBLIGATION BONDS OF THE STATE FOR TRANSPORTATION PURPOSES.
