AN ACT EXPANDING THE LAYOFF AND RETURN TO WORK PROVISIONS OF PUBLIC ACT 03-2 WITH RESPECT TO PERSONS LAID OFF BUT RETURNED TO EMPLOYMENT PURSUANT TO SAID PUBLIC ACT.
