RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMINATION OF THE HONORABLE TIMOTHY C. GRISWOLD OF OLD LYME TO BE A MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CONNECTICUT RESOURCES RECOVERY AUTHORITY, AS A PERSON WITH A HIGH LEVEL OF EXPERTISE IN THE FIELD OF ENERGY.
