AN ACT CONCERNING THE PROVISION OF A LIST OF LICENSEES THAT PERFORM AUTOMOTIVE GLASS WORK.

To (1) require the Commissioners of Motor Vehicles and Consumer Protection to jointly compile, maintain and post on their respective agency Internet web sites a list of licensees that perform automotive glass work, (2) require the provision of a copy of or the Internet web site addresses of such list to an insured who submits a claim for automotive glass work or automotive glass products, and (3) strike a provision re automotive glass work.
