AN ACT CONCERNING CONTINUING EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS FOR PERSONS LICENSED OR CERTIFIED AS EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES PERSONNEL BUT WHO ARE NOT EMPLOYED AS EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES PERSONNEL.
