AN ACT CONCERNING THE DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES AND CHANGES TO AFFIRMATION, AFFIDAVIT AND CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR LARGE STATE CONTRACTS.
