AN ACT CONCERNING REVISIONS TO STATUTES RELATING TO THE EXECUTION OF A POWER OF ATTORNEY, THE UNIFORM TRUST CODE, THE TAKING OF AN OATH BY AN ARBITRATOR AND INTERESTS IN REAL PROPERTY.
