AN ACT RENAMING THE COMMUNITY INVESTMENT ACCOUNT THE DONALD E. WILLIAMS, JR. COMMUNITY INVESTMENT ACCOUNT AND INCREASING FUNDING FOR SAID ACCOUNT.
