AN ACT CONCERNING THE APPROVAL OF ZONING REGULATION CHANGES AND PLANS OF CONSERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT.

To (1) require that any change to any local zoning regulation be approved by the affirmative vote of the municipality's legislative body, and (2) allow a municipality to adopt an ordinance requiring the affirmative vote of the municipality's legislative body to approve the municipality's plan of conservation and development.
