AN ACT ESTABLISHING A WORKING GROUP TO STUDY AND DETERMINE THE BEST MECHANISM FOR PROVIDING NOTICE OF CERTAIN RESTRAINING OR PROTECTIVE ORDERS TO SCHOOL OFFICIALS AND RESOURCE OFFICERS.
